Who You Are

You're a working A&R, urban music producer and DJ with a proven track record in hip-hop, drill, afrobeats, dancehall, amapiano, R&B or adjacent urban sounds. You've spent years in studios, on airwaves, in clubs and on festival stages — and you can hear a hit three bars in.

You know the culture from Toronto to Lagos, New York to London, Kingston to Paris. You've built relationships with artists, producers, DJs, radio and brands. You lead with taste, work with speed, and ship.

What You'll Do

Own SwaggaLIVE's creative direction — sound, roster curation, editorial playlists, chart programming and campaign identity.
Scout, sign and develop unsigned urban talent across regions. Build the A&R pipeline.
Produce and executive-produce platform-exclusive drops, cyphers, live sessions and battle events.
DJ and curate flagship SwaggaLIVE broadcasts, live streams and IRL activations.
Partner with radio, clubs, festivals, brands and media to amplify our artists globally.
Shape SoundClash, Country vs Country and Championship formats with the product team.

What You Bring

10+ years in urban music — A&R, production, DJing, radio or label experience.
Discography, mixes, playlists or a roster you can point to.
Deep network across artists, managers, producers, radio and press.
Editorial voice — you can write, speak and present with authority.
Comfort with data — streams, charts, engagement — as a creative signal.
Bonus: award nominations, festival main-stage sets, live-to-air radio residencies, brand campaigns.

Feed insider intel on what's bubbling in your region — songs, artists, scenes, and movements.
Help build the SwaggaLIVE CreatorOS as the operating system for the culture.
