1. About SwaggaLIVE

SwaggaLIVE is a global showcase and promotional platform for unsigned urban artists. It is not a music distributor and does not collect or pay royalties of any kind. We exist to help independent artists be heard, watched, and discovered.

2. Artist ownership

You confirm that you own or otherwise control all rights to every piece of content you upload, including music, lyrics, vocals, beats, samples, artwork, images, video footage, and any third-party materials. SwaggaLIVE does not claim ownership of your content.

3. License you grant SwaggaLIVE

By uploading content, you grant SwaggaLIVE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, stream, display, promote, distribute, transcode and otherwise use the content on the SwaggaLIVE platform and in SwaggaLIVE's promotional materials for the platform. This license lasts as long as the content remains on the platform.

4. No royalties or compensation

You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive royalties, streaming payments, licensing fees, performance royalties, mechanical royalties, or any other compensation from SwaggaLIVE for content that is uploaded, hosted, streamed, displayed, or promoted on the SwaggaLIVE platform.

5. Third-party permissions

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permissions, licenses and clearances required for the beats, samples, images, video, artwork, vocals, lyrics, collaborations, and any other third-party materials embedded in your uploads.

6. Moderation and removal

SwaggaLIVE may, at its sole discretion and at any time, remove, hide, demote, restrict, or take down any content for copyright, legal, safety, community, or platform reasons, with or without notice. Uploads default to "Pending Review" and become public only after admin approval.

7. Community standards

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing of intellectual property, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. Violations may result in immediate removal and account termination.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SwaggaLIVE, its operators, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your uploaded content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

9. DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on SwaggaLIVE infringes your rights, submit a takedown request via our Copyright / DMCA page. We act in good faith but cannot automatically verify ownership and rely on artist declarations, moderation, and takedown processes.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SwaggaLIVE makes no warranty that any uploaded content has been verified for copyright clearance.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwaggaLIVE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of SwaggaLIVE after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
