SwaggaLIVE Free is $0 forever. Artist+ is $12.99/month, Pro is $39.99/month, and Label starts at $99/month. Enterprise and white-label deployments are quoted separately.
What stays free forever?+
Your artist profile, music uploads, Fan Lounge, followers and DMs, basic analytics, smart links and your contract risk score are permanently free. Free is not a trial and it never expires.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?+
No. You can create your profile, upload tracks, publish to the Fan Lounge and start building your audience without entering a card.
What are Swagga Credits?+
Swagga Credits are one wallet for the expensive services on SwaggaLIVE — DSP delivery, mastering, video processing, AI artwork, EPKs, campaign generation and Contract Shield reviews. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that refills on a 30-day cycle.
How many credits does each plan include?+
Free includes 50 credits per month, Artist+ includes 500, Pro includes 2,000 and Label includes 10,000. You can buy top-up packs at any time: 200 credits for $9, 600 for $24, or 2,000 for $69.
What does a credit actually buy?+
DSP delivery and video processing are 100 credits each, a full Contract Shield review is 100, audio mastering is 75, EPK generation is 50, a social campaign is 25, a Contract Shield basic scan is 25, and AI artwork is 20.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
Nothing you have built goes away. Your profile, catalogue, fans and analytics keep working — you simply wait for your next monthly refill, buy a top-up pack, or upgrade your plan for a larger allowance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes. Upgrading never requires a migration or a rebuild — your profile, catalogue, releases and fans stay exactly where they are, and downgrading simply returns you to the lower allowance and limits.
Are there hidden fees?+
No. Plan prices and credit costs are published on this page. Optional third-party costs such as custom domains or app-store subscriptions sit outside the platform and are always shown transparently.
What if I need custom Label or Enterprise features?+
