Use Sign up on the auth page with email or Google. Artist profiles are provisioned automatically on your first sign-in, so your public page is live right away.
AccountI signed in but my profile page is empty. What now?
Add a display name, avatar and cover from your profile settings. Those three fields drive how you appear on Artists & Creators, the homepage rails and search.
AccountCan I turn off the pulsing logo dot and floating caps?
Yes. Open Settings and toggle the logo pulse and floating promo caps. The preference is remembered on your device.
Music & uploadsWhat file formats can I upload?
WAV or 320kbps MP3 for audio, MP4 for video, and JPG or PNG artwork at 3000x3000 for best results across charts, rails and press kits.
Music & uploadsWhy is my song not showing on the charts yet?
Charts recalculate on a rolling window from plays, saves, shares and boosts. Newly published tracks usually enter within a day of their first engagement.
PayoutsHow do boosts and momentum affect my ranking?
Each fan boost carries an earned weight: early listeners and Scouts count for more than late pile-on votes. Momentum blends boost weight with follower gains over the week.
PayoutsHow do I request a payout?
Add a payout account in your artist dashboard, then request a payout once your wallet balance clears the minimum. Requests are reviewed before release.
Press & mediaHow do journalists get embargo access?
Apply on the Press page. Once an admin approves your application you can read embargoed releases and download press kits as PDFs.
Press & mediaCan I publish my own press release?
Yes — the Press Release Studio drafts, formats and publishes releases to the public newsroom, with an optional press-only embargo window.
